Newport, RI---The Cliffwalk

The Cliffwalk in Newport winds along the southeastern coast of the island---running for several miles behind the summer homes of some of America's most wealthy families.

Can't You Tell I'm Being Aloof?

The Denizens of the PotemCat Village

These were some of the kittens (Space Alien Cat's litter) that were living in the little Hoover Town I built under my porch for the neglected cats. They are about 4 weeks old here. These three are now all in good homes.

Raccoons Can Haz Cheezeburger Now?

A trio of masked bandits peeking from a storm drain in Newport, RI.
I was going to offer them some of my granola bar when I saw them lumbering around...then figured they would just turn up their noses at it. They live in Newport after all...an are probably accustomed to picking through scraps of brie, beluga caviar and dregs of fine wines.

Space Alien Cat

This is the little beast who has kinda-sorta been added to my pack. She was the mother of the litter I found homes for earlier in the summer...she's one of the cats that nominally belonged to my white trash neighbors and their ever expanding, uncontrolled colony. I was going to give her to a shelter...then I was going to find her a home myself like I did for her babies...then she was just there in my house every day...and now...well...you know...
I just couldn't toss her out.

Brother's Photos

In My other blog...I wrote about how I'm encouraging my brother to explore his interest in photography. Being autistic...he has a hard time expressing himself so I'm trying to find other ways to allow him to do so. I've been trying to get inside his head by seeing the world the way he sees it via his photographs.

So far...he's mostly just taken photos of his cat. He loves that cat (whose name is Catso Rizzo). Here are some of the pics he's taken thus far.
